Chefs Holly Davis and Megan Brown will be stepping into the fires of the Heavy Metal Kitchen for a guest stint on the rotating BBQ (the one we used to roast a whole cow at last year’s Feast). Expect Tasmanian-inspired dishes created with locally grown, organic and fermented produce, including some unusual varieties of vegetables and the most sustainably sourced seafood from our waters.
