Van Dieman Brewing are here with a selection of artisanal, stylistic beers and modern interpretations of farmhouse ales. Sample the Hedgerow Aged Red Ale (with tart rhubarb and Pinot oak) or the After Dinner Mint Stout (with cocoa, dark chocolate and fresh mint). Or try a drop from Ocho, a Launceston brewery with a passion for hops, wild yeasts, and oak barrel fermentation. Branch out with the bright and zesty Lemon Cheesecake Beer, the Eucalyptus Smoked Dark Lager (with eucalyptus aromas and rich dark malts) or the Golden Double IPA (with mandarin, apricot and hops galore).
