Winter Feast
15–17, 21–24 June

Two kinds of handmade gnocchi made with ingredients from the Valley of Love (aka the Derwent Valley): try the rainbow (beetroot, kale, charcoal and garlic) with a thyme, lemon, chilli and gin sauce; or the roast garlic with smoked lamb fillet and a sage burnt butter sauce.

And for drinks: award-winning vodka, gin and whisky made with the water of River Derwent in Tasmania’s Central Highlands. Sample the Saint Clair Vodka infused with small-batch distilled botanicals found at Lawrenny, or grab yourself a Cherry Gin Spritz. G&Ts, too, made with their Van Diemen’s Gin.
