Stunning cool-climate, estate-made wines from the east coast of Tasmania. Be sure to try the Sparkling ‘Salute’ (made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes) and the Pinot Noir, of course (the team at Spring Vale are Pinot specialists).
