Gourmet spuds from Boomer Bay: hash sticks with cheese fondue, chunky Tuscan potatoes with salsa and sour cream, and duck fat tatties. And for drinks: try a Limoncello Spritz (Hellfire Bluff Limoncello with Ninth Island sparkling), a Blood Orange Twist (Hellfire Bluff Gin with blood orange) or an Elderflower Sherbet (Ashbolt elderflower, bitter lemon, fresh lime and mint).
