House-made pork and cider sausage with mash, celeriac and jus, plus steamed cider mussels with hand-cut chips. Cooked and matched with drinks from Simple Cider, who craft small-batch ciders with love and patience in the Huon Valley. Do not miss out on the Wild Cherry Cider made by carbonic maceration—it’s dark, rich and utterly delicious, and goes with pretty much everything. There’s also cherry cider-poached pears with peanut butter chocolate mousse, toasted coconut and salted peanuts.
