Smoked pork and crispy bacon made from heritage breed pigs raised at one of Tassie’s most scenic vineyards at Marion Bay. Be sure to try the creamy sparkling Blanc de Blancs, the French oak-matured Pinot Noir and the barrel-fermented Chardonnay with wild yeast.
