Slow-roasted potted goat pie with yoghurt and elderberry drizzle, and apple and wild blackberry country crumbles with elderflower cream. There’s also steaming hot cocktails of mulled elderflower and gin, and spiced elderberry and whisky. Made with produce grown on the farm.
