Winter Feast
15–17, 21–24 June

Direct from São Paulo, Paula will be cooking with fire at the Winter Feast for all seven nights in collaboration with Vince Trim, Mona’s Executive Chef. On both Fridays of the Feast, Paula and Vince will barbecue an entire Scottish Highland cow, ethically farmed by Bec Tudor and Rebecca Lynd of Big River Highland Beef in the Derwent Valley. The cows are so big we’ve had to build a massive new BBQ on which to cook them.
