Oskar and Federica head up Fico, a modern bistro in the heart of Hobart, while Andreas has made his mark at Tipo 00, a bustling pasta bar across the strait in Melbourne. Young-gun Charlie will join the party, too—he’s head chef at the hit cuisine-shifting South Yarra restaurant Atlas Dining.
