Winter Feast
15–17, 21–24 June

Rustic, violent and simple campfire-style cooking with stunning salmon from southern Tasmania. Huon Salmon has joined forces with Bente who, after years working in the kitchens of Melbourne, has gone off grid in favour of campfire cooking workshops. Here at the Feast, she’ll go all out with Huon Salmon’s fresh produce, nailing fish to planks and cooking it over hot coals.
